Orders

You can place an order with Toddlers by selecting your desired products, providing the required information at checkout, and clicking the “Place Order” button.

Orders may also be placed through our official phone or WhatsApp, where available.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Toddlers.

Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, colors, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, in case of a pricing, listing, or technical error, Toddlers reserves the right to correct the information or cancel the affected order before dispatch. If this happens, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, Toddlers may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order details.

An order will be processed and dispatched after successful confirmation and product availability.

Toddlers reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot be confirmed, the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or the product is unavailable.

Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control.

Nationwide standard delivery charges are PKR 200, unless otherwise stated on the website or at checkout.

Payment

Currently, Toddlers offers Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payment must be made to the courier representative at the time of delivery. There are no hidden payment charges other than any delivery charges clearly communicated at checkout.

Return & Exchange

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or different product from what you ordered, you must inform Toddlers within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Once your request is approved, the eligible product must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.

No monetary or cash refunds are offered. Eligible claims will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted when the correct product, size, and color have been delivered.
